My sister and I spent a fantastic long weekend at Villa Charme in April, enjoying the many gastronomic and historical delights that the Cefalu area has to offer! The villa itself is perched on the hills above the town and makes the most of sweeping sea views thanks to a huge terrace complete with pool, dining table, barbecue and pizza oven. We loved having breakfast out here each morning - ricotta, honey and oranges from the local market and a pot of coffee - a glass of Nero d'Avola come evening time. Inside, the villa is decorated with antique furniture and patterned tiles for authentic Sicilian style. Massimo and his friends were perfect hosts, who went out of their way to ensure we had the best possible stay and got to know all this beautiful region has to offer - from exploring the Madonie National Park to a boat trip where we spotted dolphins. If you're considering a trip to Sicily, you'd be in excellent hands with Massimo! "
