Before you book

When booking your holiday, everything must be just right! We recommend that you speak directly with one of our villa experts about your wishes and requirements to ensure this. We visit our properties regularly and will be happy to answer all your questions, give advice and point you in the right direction to find the property of your dream.

The prices of all our properties can be found on each property page. You may view the prices in UK Pounds Sterling or Euros and pay in both currencies. Confirm your booking and pay for your stay
If you are interested in a villa, please ask us to place a provisional 48 hours option to allow you to confirm the booking and send us the deposit payment. When you are ready to book, call or email us to confirm the booking dates and we will send you a booking form that you will need to fill in and send us back by email. By contacting us with your booking dates, we can double-check all your holiday details and ensure that everything is in order.
Our updated booking conditions will give you peace of mind so you can reserve your favourite villa now. Our new cancellation policy allows you to postpone or provide you with credit towards a future stay in case of Covid19 infections related to travel restrictions.
To confirm your booking, you will be requested to make a deposit payment. If booking more than ten weeks before departure, we require a 30% deposit to confirm the property. The total amount of your balance is then due ten weeks before departure. If you are booking less than ten weeks before departure, full payment will be required to confirm your booking. Payments can be made in UK Pounds Sterling or Euros, and you may choose to pay by credit card (Stripe)or bank transfer (Starling Bank – Wise ). With us, your money is protected! In case of cancellations due to reasons which are not covered by the Refund Protect policy, the cancellation policy will be as follow: the 30% deposit is non-refundable, and the balance payment will become non-refundable once paid.

After your booking is confirmed
